The Cutting Garden

All my flowers are organically grown in my garden in Culworth, Northamptonshire.  I select plants with their cutting qualities in mind, choosing unique varieties which, where possible, smell amazing! To continue with my vintage theme I like to grow heritage varieties of old favourites such as sweet peas. grow many of my plants from seed using peat free compost.  Plants are fed using homemade comfrey, nettle and compost tea.  Pests are managed with biological controls encouraging natural predators with the help of our wildlife pond and bug hotel. The garden is full of toads, frogs and common newts as well as garden birds.
